
CME Group has hired Vijay Albuquerque as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in its Clearing & Post-Trade Services Division.With over 20 years’ industry experience, Albuquerque most recently served as the Head ofCounterparty Risk and Portfolio Risk Analytics for Citigroup’s Markets and Banking businesses. Albuquerque will be based inNew Yorkand will report toSuzanne Sprague, CME Group Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Clearing.

Chris Jackson has been promoted to Global Head of Equities at Liquidnet. Jackson has nearly a decade of influential leadership within Liquidnet. Based in London, he most recently held the dual post ofglobal head of equity strategy and head of equities for EMEA. Before joining Liquidnet, Jackson held key positions at Citi, where he served as the Head of EMEA Execution Sales for six years.

Anna Nordstrom has been named Head of the Markets Group at The Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She is also a member of the New York Fed’s Executive Committee. Nordstrom has served as interim Head of the Markets Group since December 2024. Since 2023, Nordstrom has been Head of the Domestic and International Markets Function. Nordstrom joined the New York Fed in 2008 and led the International Markets Function for 15 years. Prior to her extensive experience at the New York Fed, she held positions at the European Central Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the Central Bank of Sweden (Sveriges Riksbank).
Mike Kuehnel has conveyed his intention not to seek re-election as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Flow Traders for another full term. He will leave Flow Traders at the end of August to pursue a new opportunity. To ensure a seamless leadership transition, he has agreed to be nominated for re-election as CEO at the upcoming AGM on June 13, 2025, with his renewed term extending until August 31 2025. The Board has initiated a search for his successor. In addition, Marc Jansen will be nominated for election as Executive Director of Flow Traders at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointedIan Williamsas Vice President, Product Management, andAnand Chintalaas Senior Director, Product Management, both within Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions. Williams will be based in Toronto, ON and Chintala will be based in New York, NY. Both will report to Chief Product Officer of Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions,Brian Pomraning. Prior to joining Broadridge, Williams held trading and senior product leadership roles with Virtu Financial, Investment Technology Group (ITG), Perimeter Markets Inc., and TD Bank. Before joining Broadridge, Chintala held roles at Barclays, ITG, Lehman Brothers, and Deutsche Bank Securities.

TraditionData has appointed Jake Harmon as Regional Head of Product, U.S., based in New York. He brings over 20 years of experience in the market data industry, spanning software development, product strategy, commercial leadership, and operations. Harmon has led the creation of high-value data products, established and scaled global product teams, and developed strategic partnerships to enhance data distribution, most recently as Managing Director of Data Services at Evolution Markets.
Sean Kelley has been named Product Manager, Optimization, and Andrew Hosford as Technical Lead, Optimization at Siepe. Kelley has more than 25 years of experience in CLO and credit markets. He joins Siepe after spending five years as Head of CLO Data Analytics and Research at US Bank. Before joining Siepe, Hosford spent five years at US Bank, where he was most recently Vice President, managing the development of its portfolio engineering tool across the Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking Innovations Team.
